Girls were friendly and polite, I had to bring my 20 month old baby boy with me, who decided to wake up from his nap halfway through my nails. Girls were understanding and kind about it - despite the fact he was crying hysterically. My nails looked pretty good but the next day they started showing cracks, I called up and they straight away organised for me to come in the next day to rectify the problem. Nails now look amazing and they were very professional and friendly.
